Wild West Estate
A mid-century Scottsdale ranch turned into a resort compound: full interior renovation, a new casita, resort pool with swim-up bar and spa, rooftop deck, putting green, bocce court and covered outdoor living, all within walking distance of Old Town.
From rendering to reality
Wild West Estate started as a 2022 design study for a tired ranch on a deep Old Town lot. The brief was simple: make the backyard the destination. The built result added a detached casita, a resort-scale pool with a sunken swim-up bar, a spa, fire features, a rooftop deck over the covered patio, a putting green and a bocce court.
Inside, the house was taken to the studs: new kitchen, baths, flooring, lighting and a hand-painted desert mural in the primary bath. It reopened in late 2023 and has operated as one of our flagship Scottsdale rentals since.
