Casa Palacio
A Spanish hacienda estate on Desert Cove with arcaded loggias, a lagoon pool and a great lawn. The interior design package takes the house room by room: what is there, what is wrong with it, and the plan, palette and furniture to fix it.
The package
Casa Palacio is a large, well-built hacienda whose interiors had drifted into a heavy 2000s Tuscan palette. The design package starts with a layout plan and a material palette of limestone, lime wash, fluted panel, light oak and a media-room accent, then works through ten spaces: living, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, entrance foyer, game room, theater, mini master, mini master bath and powder bath.
Each board shows the existing condition, the problems identified, the proposed plan and a curated furniture and finish set. It is the document a contractor and a buyer can both read.
