A penthouse loft above 6th Avenue in Old Town: exposed beams, a great room built for a full house, a game lounge, six suites and a kitchen that seats everyone. Designed, built and furnished by the studio, and operating since.
The great room
SCOTCH is a large second-floor loft that was carved into a single social space with the bedrooms around it. The great room runs the length of the building under painted beams: a long dining table, a sectional built for a crowd, a pool table under a ring chandelier, and a kitchen with an island that doubles as the bar.
The suites each take a different palette, from a green velvet headboard and blackout drapery to a canopy bed in rust and white. Baths are tiled floor to ceiling. The 2024 interior mood board below shows how each space was planned.
