Design, build and renovate, under one roof
Parsons Design Build designs, builds and repositions hospitality-grade residences and boutique inns in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Boothbay Harbor, Maine.
What we do
One team from first sketch to last punch item
Design-build means the people drawing it are the people building it. No hand-off, no finger-pointing, and a budget that is real from the first meeting.
Design
Concept boards, planning, interiors and finish packages, produced in-house. Renderings you can build from.
Build
Licensed Arizona general contractor. Ground-up estates, additions, casitas, pools and outdoor living, run by our own foreman.
Renovate
Whole-home and hospitality repositioning. We renovate to a standard guests will pay for, because we run these properties ourselves.
Build to suit
For owners and investors who want a hospitality-grade property without running the project. We design, build, furnish and hand over the keys.
How we work
Owner's mindset, builder's hands
Most of the properties on this site are ours. That changes how we design: we underwrite the room rate before we pick the tile, and we build to the standard we would want to guarantee.
Discover
Site, structure, zoning and the number the project has to hit.
Design
Concept boards, plans, renderings, finish packages and a real budget.
Build
Our foreman, our subs, our schedule. Weekly reporting.
Deliver
Furnished, photographed and, when asked, operating.
