The Greenleaf Inns of Boothbay Harbor
Five historic inns and a harborfront restaurant site within a few hundred yards of each other, restored one at a time and run as one collection, the Greenleaf Inns. About seventy keys at build-out.

Licensed Arizona general contractor. Ground-up estates, additions, casitas, pools and outdoor living, run by our own foreman.
Renovate
Whole-home and hospitality repositioning. We renovate to a standard guests will pay for, because we run these properties ourselves.

For owners and investors who want a hospitality-grade property without running the project. We design, build, furnish and hand over the keys.

Most of the properties on this site are ours. That changes how we design: we underwrite the room rate before we pick the tile, and we build to the standard we would want to guarantee.
